41 MINUTES - REGENTS CANAL WESTWARDS TO ANGEL - SURPRISINGLY FAST AND PERFECTLY PACED - A MAN THOUGH I WAS GOING TO MUG HIM.

29TH MARCH - 4 MILE RUN

36 MINUTES - REGENTS CANAL EASTWARDS TO THE PALM TREE (MILE END) - FAIRLY SLOW AND FAIRLY BORING - FELT A MINOR INJURY IN RIGHT ANKLE - PROBABLY RAN TOO HARD ON 27TH MARCH?

31ST MARCH - ABORTED 7 MILE RUN

ABORTED AFTER APROX 30 MINS - RIGHT ANKLE INJURY - SHOULD HAVE RESTED - TOO MUCH TRAINING TOO QUICKLY HAS CAUSED INJURY?  MUST REST ANKLE UNTIL RECOVERED.

LOCATION OF MUSCLE OR TENDON STRAIN ON RIGHT ANKLE
